1. Use License & Free Access

Standup Icebreaker provides meeting icebreaker games, voting utilities, and printable worksheets (including Icebreaker Bingo, Pub Quiz Ballots, and Social Scavengers) free of charge. You are granted permission to:

• Broadcast and screenshare any game during internal company meetings, Zoom/Teams calls, webinars, or classrooms.
• Print unlimited physical copies of our printable PDF templates for team retreats, workshops, and offsites.
• Use the service for both personal and commercial team-building purposes without subscription fees.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, duplicate, or repackage our questions, games, or printable PDFs into paid commercial software or resale packages without written authorization.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of our hosting infrastructure or services.
• Submit abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content through the custom question creator.

3. Intellectual Property

The code, branding, interface designs, printable ballot layouts, and compilation of games on Standup Icebreaker are the intellectual property of Standup Icebreaker. All trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and accurate trivia facts, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.
