A. Local Device Storage (localStorage)
To improve your facilitation experience across sessions, our web application stores non-identifying preference data directly inside your browser’s localStorage:
- Seen questions or matchups (so prompts don't repeat immediately)
- Custom questions or matchups that you voluntarily create via the on-screen form
- Sound effect preferences (Mute / Unmute)
- Facilitator rules display settings
This data remains strictly on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
B. Log Files and Technical Data
Like standard web services, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs routine technical requests. This includes your IP address, browser user-agent, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, and request URLs. These logs are used solely for server security, performance monitoring, and uptime management.
